1. Agreement to Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and MangaMuse ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, comic content, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use MangaMuse.
- If you are under the age of majority in your location, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- You must comply with all laws, platform rules, and third-party rights that apply to your use of the Services.
3. Service Description
MangaMuse provides a mobile comic reading experience. Features may include home recommendations, genre browsing, comic detail pages, chapter reading, library or favorite records, reading history, search, language preferences, cached content, and feedback submission.
The Services require compatible devices, network access, and supporting infrastructure such as APIs, hosting, object storage, and content delivery services. Content availability, reading features, recommendations, and technical requirements may change over time.
4. No Required Account
MangaMuse does not currently require you to create an in-app account to browse or read comics. Some activity, such as reading progress, reading history, library records, search activity, preferences, and feedback, may be associated with an installation-level device identifier so the Services can work properly.
If account features are introduced in the future, additional terms, notices, and deletion options may apply.
5. License and Acceptable Use
MangaMuse grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or Services except where allowed by law.
- Use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or similar methods to harvest content, manipulate requests, bypass limits, or interfere with normal service operation.
- Upload or submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or misleading feedback, screenshots, images, reports, or other materials.
- Interfere with app security, networks, servers, storage systems, content delivery systems, or other users.
- Collect personal information from other users without permission.
- Use the Services in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights, content provider rights, or app platform policies.
6. Feedback and Submitted Materials
If you submit feedback, screenshots, images, reports, suggestions, or other materials, you remain responsible for what you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit those materials and that they do not violate law or third-party rights.
By submitting materials, you grant MangaMuse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, store, and process those materials as needed to operate, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including app software, interface designs, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, metadata, and related materials, are owned by MangaMuse or its licensors. Comic content may be provided by third-party licensors, publishers, content providers, or infrastructure partners and remains subject to their rights.
Except for the limited use rights granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, archive, or commercially exploit content from the Services unless you have separate authorization.
8. Payments
MangaMuse does not currently offer paid in-app purchases or subscriptions through the Services. If paid features are introduced in the future, applicable pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before purchase and will follow the requirements of the relevant app store or payment platform.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may include or rely on third-party content, links, APIs, hosting, content delivery, storage, device information, connectivity, diagnostics, and platform services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, or practices, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
10. Service Changes and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content availability, recommendations, reader features, or technical requirements.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement, create risk for MangaMuse, content providers, service providers, or other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially, technically, or legally practical. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangaMuse disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MangaMuse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, content unavailability, service interruption, or device issues arising from or related to your use of the Services.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in the MangaMuse Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully before using the Services.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of MangaMuse after the update means you accept the revised Agreement.
